Working with an agency often means explaining your need to a salesperson, explaining it again to a project manager, and then seeing it interpreted by someone who was present for neither conversation.
Here, the person who understands the requirement is the one who writes the code, configures the server, and follows up six months later. Nothing is lost along the way, and you always know who to talk to.
The trade-off is deliberate: BALTIX takes on a limited number of projects at any one time. If the schedule does not work for you, you will be told straight away.
