Data controller

BALTIX, a SASU with share capital of 1 000 €, registered office at 17 rue Pouchet, 75017 Paris, France, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 108 929 985. The president, Raïmundas ZVINYS, acts as data controller.

Data collected

Only the contact form collects data. The fields concerned are:

• your name;
• your email address;
• your company name, if you choose to provide it;
• the subject and content of your message.

No other data is collected. The site uses no cookies, no pixels and no third-party analytics, and carries out no profiling.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used solely to handle and answer your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent, obtained through the checkbox on the form, together with steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.

Recipient

The only recipient is Raïmundas ZVINYS, on behalf of BALTIX. Your data is never sold, rented or passed to a third party for commercial purposes.

Hosting and location

The site and its associated mailbox are hosted in France by o2switch. No data is transferred outside the European Union as part of the contact form.

Retention

Your message is delivered by email and is not recorded in any database. It is kept in the business mailbox for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, then for a maximum of three years from the last exchange, in line with the guidance of the French data protection authority (CNIL). After that it is deleted.

Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. The form is protected against automated submissions without relying on any third-party service: no external captcha is used, and no data is sent to an analytics provider.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability and the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

You may exercise these rights through the contact form or at the email address given in the legal notice. You will receive a reply within one month.
